One of the main aspects of our company's operations is the service maintenance of the supplied equipment. We understand that our clients not only value the reliability and quality of the equipment but also require qualified technical support. That's why we have established a service system that includes not only our in-house service departments but also an extensive network of authorized service partners across Russia and the former CIS countries.

The service department of our company includes two service centers located in St. Petersburg and Moscow. Each service center has a staff of qualified specialists who are ready to perform any work on installation, adjustment, maintenance and repair of equipment. In order to work efficiently, the company's service engineers are provided with fully equipped service vehicles, including the necessary spare parts, the presence of which minimizes equipment downtime.

Service in the rest of Russia and the former CIS countries is carried out by our reliable service partners, with many of whom we have been cooperating for more than 10 years. The presence of a constantly replenished warehouse of spare parts in St. Petersburg and Moscow allows us to quickly deliver the necessary parts to our partners in the regions.
